Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the following services:

The warranty applies only to the services performed by Saigon Shoe Spa and does not cover manufacturer defects or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Period

Warranty periods are calculated from the date the customer receives the shoes:

Service Warranty Period
Shoe cleaning 72 hours
Shoe whitening 1 month
Shoe repainting 3 month
Shoe repair 3 month
Sneaker customization 3 month

* Warranty duration may vary depending on the condition of each pair and will be confirmed before service begins.

Warranty Eligibility

We provide 100% free warranty support when:

  • Repainted surfaces peel within the warranty period
  • Repaint color differs from the approved design
  • Adhesive issues occur due to repair workmanship
  • Yellowing remains within the committed treatment scope
  • Issues arise directly from our service process

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

  • Shoes become dirty again after use
  • Damage caused by external impact after delivery
  • Cleaning with chemicals by the customer
  • Exposure to rainwater or dirty water after delivery
  • Natural wear over time
  • Leather deterioration existing before service
  • Weak-condition second-hand shoes before intake
  • Changes requested after service completion

Special Notes – Whitening Service

Whitening results depend on several factors:

  • Shoe material
  • Duration of yellowing
  • Level of oxidation

While full restoration to a brand-new condition cannot always be guaranteed, we commit to achieving the best possible technical results.

Special Notes – Repainting Service

  • Repainting is a cosmetic restoration service, not the original factory finish.
  • Although durable, repaint longevity depends on usage conditions.
  • Customers should avoid strong friction within the first 48 hours after receiving the shoes.
